Yes! The Inn is a whole house rental — there will be no other guests on the premises when you stay. Please note that you may see the owners of the home, the Brandywine groundskeeper, or our friendly farm dog, Grace, out and about on the property during your stay.

The Inn can sleep 14 guests — the home boasts 5 queen-sized beds and two sofa sleepers. Please note that the number of bedrooms a group plans to use is reflected in their final price. Due to cleaning costs, that price may be adjusted if additional bedrooms are used or disturbed

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. This decision was made to protect both our property and future guests who may have allergies. If you have a trained service animal, we are happy to discuss accommodations.

Given our location in a wooded valley, there is no true cell phone reception at the Inn. However, the home is equipped with high speed internet, making WiFi calling and iMessage easily accessible. There is also a landline guests are welcome to share the phone number of during their stay.
