The Inn At Brandywine is a whole-house rental with rates based on the total number of guests in your party.

Nightly Rates:

Based on single or double occupancy per room. Each additional person exceeding 6 guests is an additional $15 per night. Local taxes may apply. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is noon. A deposit of $75 will hold your reservation with the balance due upon check-out. Please see cancellation policy below .

Breakfast : Guests have the option of including a continental or full breakfast at an additional charge per person. It can be delivered at a pre-determined time or available on-site for convenient self-service. Guests are also welcome to use the full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks any time.

• Continental Breakfast: Includes fresh fruit, home-baked bakery items, coffee, tea and juice - $5.25 per person

• Full Breakfast: Includes fresh fruit, hot egg entrée(s), meat sides, assorted breads & bakery items, coffee, tea, milk & juice - $7.25 per person

Cancellation Policy : A refund of your deposit less 15% will be returned to you if you must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. If you must cancel within one week prior to scheduled arrival, we are unable to refund your deposit.

Extended Stays : Please call for discounted rates on stays of 5 nights or more. Monthly rates are also available.

Smoking : Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the proper receptacles.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at the Inn .
